2x2 ribbed tank top

Our 2X2 ribbed tank top in 100% organic cotton of medium weight is a historic technical underwear. The so-called “Marcel” tank top was invented by workers at the Halles de Paris , a wholesale food market in the mid-19th century. These physically imposing handlers decided to cut off the sleeves of their wool sweaters in order to have more freedom for the movements of their arms, while protecting their kidneys from drafts. Like a second skin, it is ideal for protecting yourself from the cold, being almost tight-fitting, it retains heat in winter and humidity in summer and allows the shirt to sit perfectly on the body: wrinkles are avoided, the fit is ideal and the look is refined. This unisex cut product fits normally. If you want a closer fit, choose a size smaller. One color: Ecru the original untinted color.
