Higonokami black steel 10 cm
Simple and rustic pocket knife forged in the latest official Japanese cutlery Nagao Kanekoma. In its steel version, the double-edged San Mai blade (3 layers of steel) blue steel can be adapted to both hands. Paper blue steel is a steel highly rich in carbon, which gives it wear-resistant hardness. The sharpening could thus be very thorough.
Be careful, risk of oxidation if you do not wipe it after each use on damp areas (cooking, gardening).
