The Kiridashi, also called "Kiri", is a small Japanese knife known for its practicality, formidable cutting edge and simple aesthetic. Originally used as a pencil sharpener, the Kiri is now a tool for multiple uses such as creative hobbies, wood and leather work, marking, grafting or even decorative culinary sculpture. Its fixed, non-flexible blade ensures clean and precise work. The "saya" sheath allows it to be carried anywhere without risk while protecting the edge of its blade.
