Handcrafted by Italian cutlery maker Antonini to celebrate their 90th anniversary, the Old Bear mushroom knife is a simple and practical knife with a double ferrule that locks securely in both the open and closed positions. Made from local walnut or olive wood, the handles are ergonomic and oiled. The stone-honed stainless steel blade ensures remarkable sharpness.
