Auvergne blouse Le Laboureur
Auvergne blouse Le Laboureur
The Auvergne blouse, also called "biaude" in the Auvergne or Aveyron countryside, was traditionally made of black or blue starched canvas. It was worn over a corduroy jacket for mass days, festivals or agricultural fairs. For this reason it is designed very loose and very large size. So plan one or two sizes down. Imagine it as a tunic dress, with an urban or rural look, rural indeed!
