Handmade by the Italian cutlery Antonini to celebrate its 90th anniversary, the Old Bear mushroom knife is a simple and practical knife, with a double locking ferrule in both the open and closed positions. In walnut or olive wood, from local wood, the handles are ergonomic and oiled. The stainless steel blade, sharpened with stone, ensures remarkable sharpness.
