Instructions for use and maintenance:
It can be used dry, but also with water for softer contact on the blade. Simply rub firmly, alternating each side of the cutting edge, while moving it along its length, trying to maintain an angle of approximately 20°. This stone does not require any special maintenance. After a certain time of use and if necessary, you can clean the stone with dishwashing detergent, by brushing it under hot water.
