The demi-chef version of the blacksmith's apron was designed at the request of a Parisian bistro to equip its waiters. On a blacksmith's apron base with raw edges and riveted neckband, a large reversed double sewn pocket has been added for more functionality. Available in two widths 70cm and 80cm. Made in Paris by a family manufacturer of safety articles and industrial saddlery.
