The demi-chef version of the blacksmith apron was designed at the request of a Parisian bistro to equip its servers. On a blacksmith apron base with raw edges and riveted neckband, a large double sewn pocket has been added for more functionality. Available in two widths 70 cm (M) and 80 cm (L). Made in Paris by a family manufacturer of safety items and industrial saddlery.
